Organisational Trauma

Central London Counselling specialises in providing trauma interventions and trauma awareness training to organisations & individuals affected by critical incidents and traumatic events. We were involved in supporting organisations and staff affected by the London bombings and the Asian Tsunami.

We have provided successful trauma interventions to organisations affected by sudden and violent death, suicide, robbery, serious assault and industrial accidents in the workplace. We have provided effective trauma interventions to the construction industry, the finance, banking and legal sectors as well as charitable and retail organisations. Our therapists have extensive experience within the corporate, public and charitable sectors.

Following consultation we will provide an effective intervention that is suitable to your organisation’s need. This may involve attending and seeing staff individually or within a group. We will provide information and advice about what to expect and how to cope with traumatic events. We would normally conduct the on site intervention and conduct a follow up visit later. You can expect to receive a comprehensive report on our intervention at completion from our therapist as well as ongoing support if you need it.
