Counselling and employee assistance
Through our employee assistance service we can provide appropriate counselling
for your staff to suit your organisational resources and need. We provide focal
brief therapy to companies, couples and individuals.
Counselling is a professional
relationship provided in a safe and confidential setting to clients who may
feel in difficulty in certain areas of their lives
e.g. change, stress or pressure at work, traumatic events, relationship difficulties,
depression, low self esteem or poor confidence, sexual identity or sexual
orientation concern. The therapeutic space and relationship can facilitate
change through
the exploration of thoughts and feelings with a professionally trained listener
and practitioner. The therapist is experienced in actively listening and
helping you to gain an understanding of your situation so that change may be
achieved
in a non judgemental atmosphere.
The therapists of Central London Counselling
have been trained at reputable training institutions. Their qualifications
are recognised by the British
Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP). The trainings and practice of the
therapist conform to high standards of professional practice as required by
their professional bodies.
To discuss our employee assistance counselling service

be kept entirely confidentially.
